There is a magic when you feel love
all of life's troubles you can rise above
But when all you loved is nothing you plea
Thinking of all you had, all that wouldn't be
Pouring a dark red glass of wine while I sit
Next to her guilt that I cannot bear to lift
I looked around with no real place to go
She just held her head down so low
Surly there may be something left?
Her dark eyes leave me bereft
It is A dark pill to swallow
knowing love this hollow
being alone your fear?
Why shed a tear?
here with me
hear you see
awash in sea
leaving free
raise a glass
make it last
Hold her hand
Heart
Your black vines choke the life from me
They twist and turn through my heart
The leaves you sprout block any light I see
Colors of spring are nowhere in this start
Weeds in our garden is what you sew
No harvest shall we find as the fall comes in turn
Barren and wasted nothing will grow
This field of love will only wither and burn
The fruits of our labor left rotting in our tree
For a bad seed grew inside me

I am a hopeless new age networkworked romantic
My brain is connected to hers with fiber optics
She switches my mind and fires my synaptics

Sleep arrives as my mind is digitized

A handsome man met a beautiful angel one night walking down the long lonely streets and with his words did bind her.
He promised her love, gratitude and devotion beyond measure, asking only for her absolute submission to him.
She smiled, agreed and immediately he placed her in a gilded cage with a perfect view of the city.
"You lied!" she cried "And are horrible and mean, you have trapped me here!"
"I never lie" he said "I have given you exactly what I promised and you have given exactly what I have asked."
And with that she sat back in her cage and gazed out into the night accepting what fate had offered her.
But what he never told her

And the walls came down...
Reluctantly I gave you the keys to my heart
You opened the door, sat down ready for love to start.
And the walls came down
We shared seemingly endless connections
Telling each other's stories across oceans with no objections.
And the walls came down
You sang me songs of beauty, tragedy and love
Read me stories of fate, destiny and drawing a vision from above.
And the walls came down
We talked about emotions, feelings and sensuality all that night
And you know why number five became my most favorite
And the walls came down
I know our roller-coaster can make you numb
But you are my mirror to see what
What the heart wants... by VileYonderboy, literature

What the heart wants...
The heart does not care for logic or reason
cares little for dates, times or season.
Knowing no boundaries, countries or borders
wants to be in charge but knows love gives the orders.
Has no language only gentle persuasion
always enjoys giving no matter the occasion.
It only wants to feel love so pure
and when it is sick affection is the only cure.
It can be demanding, but only by not being respected
and usually grows cold when too neglected.
Passion and compassion are in their usual haunts
When you need love give your heart what it wants!
Give your heart what it wants!
What it wants

The boy who could fly...
Once upon a time there was a boy who could fly.
Spending his time playing with the clouds, and drifting in the sky.
Floating quietly along with gossamer wings
He tried to learn songs from the birds, how beautiful they sing.
He was young, strong and handsome without a care in the world!
Soaring all his days like an eagle, this prince of the air!
Faster than the wind was he, with his wings unfurled!
And in the sky he ruled unchallenged, as no one would dare!
One day he spied a village so he drifted down for a closer look
He found beings that appeared much like him but without lovely wings.
They wandered the streets of this town
Love can be so Ethereal
All the scars in our heart
No gold can buy what is not material
To live when you are so far apart
But when it's true our souls will sing
Love will give you the wings...
